So we have to change the closing date to May 30th because USDA has to approve the application first. I was hoping that we would be able to move in on the 25th too. It's quite stressful but I'll get over it. I took pictures so enjoy!
Have you closed yet? We'd love to see pictures. I am very torn between building the Victoria Falls or the Verona. Both are beautiful houses and I know the verona is alot bigger? Did you just know you wanted the verona? Was there any question in your mind? How did you pick your floor plan?
Yes we did close. I just haven't had time at all to take pictures since we've been trying to settle in and at the same time I'm pregnant. Lol... But I honestly have to say that the kitchen and the setup of the floor plan is what sold to my husband and I. Compared to the other floor plans they offered in our subdivision, the Verona was the one that flowed the best to us. It's open when you walk in and it just flowed from room to room and made sense to us. We were going to get the Rome but when we went to see it, my husband didn't like it as much bc right when you walk in, there's the wall on one side and the living room and dining room are attached to each other and it was too deep. Other than that, that's how we made our choice.
