Pre-Drywall Meeting

I haven't had the time to blog much since I've been so caught up in HW but this week is spring break which gives me time to do nothing but blog;)... So we had the pre-drywall meeting last week on Good Friday. Didn't talk much about anything except what is going to happen and we did a walk through around the house so our PM can tell us exactly what is going to happen. Insulation just happened yesterday and energy star is gonna happen today or tomorrow. After all that is done, the drywall begins!! Our PM doesn't have an exact date of the final walk through but he said he will know and will let us know by the end of this week or sometime next week! According to him, drywall will take a week or so and from there on, it's gonna be flowing right through:) my husband and I are quite excited!! We think we're gonna closing t the end of April or mid May but we will find out soon. One thing is for sure, we need to lock our rate in ASAP bc the rates are slowly climbing!! Anyways I'll update as soon as I find out anymore things. I also have pictures!! If you see the greenish blueish looking stuff in the pictures, it's actually termite spray which they did for the house:) Enjoy!!
